1. Go to the Warranty Check page
2. Enter your product information: Fill in your product serial number and complete the CAPTCHA.
3. Submit: Click the Send button to view your product’s warranty status.

International Warranty Policy
Only MSI Laptops and Handheld PCs come with a 12-month international limited warranty, starting from either the manufacturing date or the invoice purchase date. All other MSI products do not support cross-region warranty or repair services.
MSI reserves the right to interpret, modify, update, or cancel any part of the warranty policy without prior notice.
Tip: Register Your Product
We strongly recommend registering your product via the MSI Member Center and uploading your purchase invoice to help streamline any future service requests.
If a valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty will be calculated from the manufacturing date based on the product’s serial number.
