MSI has announced the launch of its new-generation Wind Box DC110. The only 35 mm thin Wind Box DC110 shines not only visually, but also low power consumption. With Intel® Celeron® 847, powerful graphics and liquid HD playback, it also offers computational power, one would expect at this small size in any way. The mini-PC is the space-saving solution for all computing tasks such as internet, email and office applications as well as TV, music, video and photo playback.
 

 

  



Low Power Consumption Mobile Platform
 

The Wind Box DC110 is equipped with Intel Mobile 847 1.1GHz ULV dual-core processor which provides impressive multi-tasking performance. The 847 Processor also has the characteristic of low power consumption and requires only 17W TDP to operate, which consumes much less power than the average desktop.
 

 
 



Compact with Windows 8
 

The MSI Wind Box Dc110 adopts with Windows 8 pre-installed is a totally new version of Windows than ever. Windows 8 breaks the traditional OS architecture of past Windows operating systems; whereas it applies a UI interface which allows users to interact with Windows 8 more instinctively and flexible.

The Wind Box DC110 provides one an HDMI™ (High-Definition Multimedia interface) and one VGA out which allows the units to be connected to a second monitor. They support dual-screen display and can also output the screen to a larger display device, such as a projector or a large-screen LCD TV, making the DC110 more versatile and more efficient. Smart- An ultra-lightweight PC
 

The Wind Box DC110 has elegant lines and a slim, lightweight chassis. It is just 191.8 mm (W) × 150.93 mm (H) × 34.94 mm (D) in size, and weighs only around 830 grams. The DC110's unique "snowboard" style base makes it easy to store and move around; this ultra-mini PC is perfect for both home and office use. Tests have confirmed that, in regular operation, the Wind Top DC110 maintains average power consumption that does not exceed 40W, less than half that of most conventional PCs.

 
 

 



Smart multimedia file sharing
 

MSI has introduced the latest and exclusively developed SmartMedia link on the Wind Box DC110 using cloud technology, users can use their tablet, laptops, TVs that support DLNA, and mobile handsets on the same Wi-Fi and LAN network to play videos and music or display photos instantaneously via SmartMedia link.
