MSI Giveaway Campaign TERMS AND CONDITIONS

From Apr. 16th to Jun. 9th, 2018, participants (“You”, “Your”, as applicable) may enroll in the MSI “feel it and say it” giveaway and online event (“Event”). To become eligible, You must complete the following steps:

• When completing registration, we may ask You for information such as Your email, name, age, gender, occupation, game preferences, and other voluntary information requested.
  You are hereby notified that MSI may use your voluntarily provided registration information and any other information we may indirectly gather from you (such as via cookies or website embedded analytics) solely for internal market studies to help develop better products and services. Your information will not be shared with third parties, except when legally required in accordance with subpoenas or orders from government agencies such as courts or the police. All uses of Your provided information will be in accordance with MSI’s privacy policy, available at https://us.msi.com/about/privacy-policy.
• You may be asked to join MSI’s eDM emailing list to receive new MSI product or service updates. If you do not want to subscribe to this list, please do not check the subscribe or similarly titled button.
• This Event shall only be available to participants residing within the United States and the European Union within the stated Event period. MSI may use your internet protocol address or other information you voluntarily provide to determine your eligibility.
• You agree that all review and associated material provided shall not:

  engage in toxic behavior that promotes hatred based on age, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, appearance, religion, and politics;

  promote or engage in acts which refers to sexual acts, pornography, obscenity, or profanity;

  engage in acts that may be considered tortious, defamatory, and slanderous;

  make any misrepresentations, or misleading publications about or concerning MSI or MSI products.

• You represent and warrant that any and all material used in Your review, including without limitation, videos, music, audio recordings, logos, images, etc., are legally obtained and duly licensed, and do not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You hereby acknowledge and license, on an irrevocable, worldwide, unlimited, royalty free, fully paid-up basis, MSI to use Your feedback, comments, and review (whether in video or written format) for any legal purpose, including without limitation, promotion and marketing purposes on MSI social media platforms or MSI offline events anywhere in the world. Accordingly, Your consent to MSI’s licensed use of your feedback, comments, and review includes the right for MSI to collect, process, and transmit, or have the same performed on its behalf by a MSI partnered third party (such as online service providers) information to or from the European Union to any part of the world for the stated purpose in this provision.
• The Event will have three (3) prizes respectively. Additionally, winners will be invited to the MSI Gaming Day 2018 in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, on the 9th of June. First prize winners will receive EUR400 Steam wallet code. Second prize winners will receive EUR300 Steam wallet code. Third prize winners will receive EUR200 Steam wallet code, Fourth prize winners will receive EUR100 Steam Wallet codes. European Union winners will only receive Steam wallet in Euros.
• At the end of the Event period, winners will be selected at random by a randomly generated pick. Entries will be assigned a number in our database from which a winner will be drawn. Provided that MSI may disqualify winners if the reviews breach these Terms and Conditions. MSI will announce the winners at the MSI Gaming Day Event on June 9th. MSI will contact the winners based on the provided email, and may ask winners to provide additional information to enable MSI to ship out any prizes, if required. If winners do not respond to MSI inquiries within ten (10) days of MSI’s notice, or if the participant provided email is unavailable or incorrect, and MSI cannot duly deliver the notification to the winner such winner shall be disqualified from receiving any Event prize.
• MSI reserves the sole, discretionary right to determine, on a final and conclusive basis, whether a participant has fulfilled the Event requirements. MSI further reserves the sole, discretionary right to replace the prize with items of similar value without prior notice. You hereby acknowledge and agree to such reservation by MSI.
• You acknowledge and agree that MSI is not liable and assumes no liability to any person for any loss, dissatisfaction, or damage arising from the prize, and uses thereof. Winners shall not make any claims against MSI. MSI disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of the winning notification due to mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware, internet, or software errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind. In such eventuality, the winner unconditionally waives his/her right to the prize and any associated compensation.
• MSI employees, distributors, business partners, and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• MSI reserves the sole right and discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Use of Steam wallet funds requires internet access, a Steam account and your acceptance of the terms of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, available at www.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement. Minimum age 13. Please check additional age restrictions before spending Steam wallet funds. Data collection and usage is subject to this privacy policy: http://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement. Wallet funds are not redeemable for cash or credit and are not for resale. Wallet funds are your responsibility to maintain. Wallet funds are issued by Valve Corporation. Retailer acts as agent for Valve Corporation in distributing wallet funds.
